Pulse Premium is a subscription program that allows you to access exclusive Pulse Premium features on a monthly basis.

You get exclusive access to Meal Planner, Food Journal, and the Healthy Eating Wellness Goal.

We’ll be adding more relevant and exciting features in the coming months.

Absolutely! The Pulse Premium subscription is available for all who will download and register for a Pulse account as long as you are at least 18 years of age.

The Jade Green subscription ended in October 11, 2020 and has been replaced with the new and exciting Pulse Premium!

No, you will not automatically be subscribed to Pulse Premium, you will have to proceed with the Pulse Premium subscription process once you click on "My Subscriptions”

The monthly subscription cost for Pulse Premium is just Php40.00 per month.

Once you sign up for a monthly subscription, your subscription will automatically renew on a monthly basis until cancelled.

You can sign up at any time during the month, e.g. if you sign up on October 12, your subscription will renew on the 11th of November of that year, and so on. The monthly subscription fee of Php40.00 to be paid will be shown to you at the time of subscription.

Your monthly payments will be charged to the payment method you have selected at the time of sign up for Pulse Premium and on every monthly renewal thereto.

If any payment due fails, your subscription will be cancelled, and you will need to subscribe again in order to access the exclusive Pulse Premium features in the subscription.

We reserve the right to adjust the monthly subscription fee and exclusive features on Pulse Premium at any time. Any price adjustment to your Pulse Premium subscription will be communicated to you with reasonable notice in advance through notifications inside Pulse, E-mail or any other way of communication we deem appropriate, whereby price adjustments will take effect on the next monthly renewal, if not communicated otherwise.

Yes. A patient previously diagnosed with Dengue but has already recovered may avail the PRUDengue MedCare products as long as he/she is in good health at the time of application.

Charging on your payment method will only happen on the 1st day of renewal or the 31st day of your subscription if you don’t cancel your subscription within the 1st 30 days.

The Free Trial period will only apply to your first subscription. Cancelling then subscribing again will no longer have a 30-day trial period and will automatically proceed to the payment for your first month subscription effective on the next monthly renewal date.

The payments will be done all in-app.

For Android users, a Google Pay pop-up will show and payment confirmation will be done through your nominated payment method in Google Pay. For iOS users, the standard Apple in-app payment method will follow.

You can cancel your subscription at any time; however the cancellation will be effective only at the next monthly renewal date.

In order to cancel your subscription, you need to log-in to Pulse, click on My Subscriptions, and click on "Cancel Plan"

Once you cancel your subscription, you will continue to access the Pulse Premium exclusive features until the end of your next monthly renewal date.

We will not make prorated reimbursements for subscriptions cancelled prior to the end of your current subscription period.

You will only lose access to these features once you cancel your subscription, the data will remain, but in order to continue making progress, you will need to confirm the payment for your subscription.

No. You do not need to pay the subscription fee for your 1-year Personal Accident Insurance to remain in force. You will still be able to see your policy in force if you log in to your Pulse app and click on My Policies.

In order to access the exclusive Pulse Premium features though, you will need to go through the Pulse Premium subscription process.

PULSE is Pru Life UK’s AI-powered health management app. It aims to empower its users to take control of their wellbeing with tools like Healthcheck which gives users a glimpse of their overall health, and Symptom Checker which allows them to look into what they are currently feeling.

PULSE can be downloaded for free through the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store.

Yes, PULSE is free to download.

Please follow the steps below:

  • Click on 'Forgot Password'.
  • Type the email address registered in Pulse.
  • Wait for the password reset code in your registered email.
  • Enter your password reset code
  • Wait for your temporary password
  • Log in using the temporary password.
  • Change the temporary password to your preferred password via Account >>> My Settings >>> Change Password
  • Ensure you have a stable Internet connection.
  • Check in the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store for updates.
  • Restart your Pulse app and log in.
  • If the problem persists, restart your device. You may also need to uninstall and reinstall the app.

For now, the following details – gender, country code, phone number and email address are not editable in Pulse. These fields will be editable soon.

Your device must have at least iOS version 11 for Apple and OS version 9 for Android.

Please change the region in Google Play Store or the Apple App Store to the Philippines, then search Pulse.

For Apple App Store

  • Open the Apple App Store
  • Go to Account
  • Click Apple ID (email address)
  • Click Country/Region
  • Select Philippines

For Google Play Store

  • Open the Play Store app on your Android device.
  • Slide out the left menu and select Account.
  • Check the Country and profiles entry in the menu, if you have access to the country-switching option
  • Tap this Country category and select your new country.
